Immutable entry slots
A player may lock one daily pick per ticker per New York session and one weekly pick per contest week. A second daily pick must use a different ticker. Every locked pick is permanent and cannot be edited, replaced, or deleted.

How DMP scores every pick.
The same server-side rules apply to every locked contract. DMP does not accept user-supplied fills or returns.
Server-observed entry mark
DMP records the Tradier quote observed when the contract is accepted. The mark is the bid/ask midpoint when both sides form a valid market; otherwise, a positive last price is used.
Tracked return
Return equals `(latest mark − entry mark) ÷ entry mark`. The value displayed on cards is rounded to two decimal places; the board stores basis-point precision. Peak return is the highest server-observed return since entry. Peak drawdown is the lowest server-observed return since entry. DMP does not reconstruct either value for historical picks that predate peak tracking.
Settlement
Daily picks settle at the verified regular-session close. Weekly contracts settle at 4:00 p.m. New York time on their expiration date. Settlement requires a vendor quote timestamped within the final two minutes of that close or later.
Conviction-weighted score
New entries use `score = tracked return × conviction ÷ 3`. Three-out-of-five conviction is neutral. Higher conviction amplifies gains and losses; lower conviction reduces both. Legacy entries remain on their original raw-return scoring version.
Ranking and ties
Boards rank the stored score from highest to lowest. If two entries have the same score, the earlier locked pick ranks first.
Unavailable quotes
DMP does not invent or interpolate missing marks. A pick remains tracking until a qualifying vendor quote is available. The administrator may review evidence but cannot rewrite the locked contract.
Prediction game boundary
DMP is paper-only. It does not connect a brokerage account, submit orders, or provide a brokerage statement or investment recommendation.
