Terms of service

DraftMyPortfolio is an entertainment and prediction game. It is not a brokerage, trading platform, investment adviser, or source of individualized financial advice.

Contest participation

Players submit one eligible options-contract prediction for each daily session or contest week. The server validates the contract against the configured market-data provider and records the observed entry quote. Submissions are locked after entry and are subject to the format, timing, settlement, and eligibility rules displayed by the application.

No trading or guarantees

The application does not place, modify, or cancel orders and does not connect to player brokerage accounts. Rankings use vendor-observed market data and past results do not guarantee future performance. Missing, delayed, corrected, or unavailable vendor data may leave a pick pending or require the owner to void it.

Fair use

You may not abuse the service, automate fraudulent submissions, impersonate another player, interfere with availability, or attempt to access another player’s account.

Profiles and sharing

Player display names, locked contracts, and server-tracked results may appear on public profile pages and user-initiated public pick links. Shared pick pages are informational contest artifacts, not brokerage statements, trade confirmations, or investment recommendations.

Availability and changes

The owner may correct errors, settle or void an affected contest, update these terms, or suspend the service when needed for security, integrity, or maintenance.

By signing in or participating, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
